License types & updates
Monthly and annual licenses provide use during the paid term. A perpetual license permits continued use of the licensed version; the first 12 months of updates and standard support are included. After that, updates and support are optional paid renewals. New modules and major releases may be priced separately.
These are product policy summaries, not a substitute for a finalized end-user license agreement (EULA).
Privacy & contact forms
When you contact SIGA, you submit details such as your name, email, phone number, country, city and message. These details are used to respond to your inquiry and handle support or sales requests. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention and Resend for message delivery.

Purchases, refunds & statutory rights
Prices shown on the website exclude applicable taxes. Purchase requests are inquiries, not completed orders. Final payment, invoicing, cancellation and refund terms must be confirmed before purchase. Nothing on this page limits mandatory rights under applicable law.
The final EULA, privacy notice, sales terms and refund policy will be published after legal and tax review, before direct online checkout is enabled.
